Sailor Fountain Pen, Professional Gear Slim Silver White Fine Point 11-1222-210

This quickly became my favorite pen. I like to be able to carry my pen clipped inside my pants pocket & there is not a legitimate fountain pen that does that better.

The Sailor Pro Gear Slim arrived on the earliest of the range of days that it was predicted to arrive. The pen was in perfect condition and writes well. The Pro Gear Slim is perfect for someone with small hands or who needs a pocket pen.

I have a Pelikan m405 and a bunch of other fountain pens both new and vintage. This is one of the less smooth writers among them. Yes, it's fine, but my fine Pilot Metropolitans deliver a much more pleasant writing experience that this pen. It's ok, but it's not joy to write with.

Great pen, made for smaller hands. Writes well.

I have some Sailor pens of diverse types. The Gear Slim is a good cheap medium size FP, with a fine smooth nib. Easy to use, almost perfect.
