Chopra Center: Mantras & Music - 21-Day Meditation

I dont like this one as much as the word guided meditations but this gives you word prompts and shapes the pace and time of the meditation. Well worth the purchase.

The guided meditations from The Chopra Center are wonderful tools for those who are starting out in meditation. It is so helpful to have a calming voice to instruct you on the steps to release all of the stress and tension from your life in order to achieve balance and peace.

The more extensive versions are far more expensive and look to be well-worth the money. This version only gives the meditation repeated several times and music until time's up. Works OK for traveling on the bus.

The meditations are very nice. These are not guided meditations by Deepak. I like the music and someone speaks the topic of meditation a few times to keep you focused.

I bought this for my wife after she participated in the 21-day challenge and couldn't get enough. She really feels the difference, so in my mind that is money well spent!

Wonderful meditation, one of the best I have listened to. Would definitely recommend this to all.
