Disappointed...had to return

Bought this mug as a gift for Christmas. Thankfully I opened it to inspect it prior to gifting it to the person. Both of the decals on either side had significant scratches across the lettering and the mug came chipped. Disappointed I wasted a few days waiting for this in the mail when I could’ve ordered something of better quality.
