Best fish and seafood seasoning ever. No need for salt or seasoning, for it's already mixed in with the zatarain's fish fry. Awesome!

Was looking for a tasty breading to start deep frying again and landed on this. I was surprised to see several smaller bags which is perfect for me to use over time. And the flavor is tasty without being too strong which allows me to add seasoning even I want. I recommend using a milk/egg wash and double dipping...wash, breading, wash, breading. I've tasted it with shrimp and fish, without extra seasoning, with cocktail sauce, with Mayo on a sandwich, and with Kung pao sauce for the shrimp. All tasted excellent!

This is the best thing ever. Beautiful colorEasy useI don't mind spending the money because of the value of the product. I normally mix flour and cornmeal together. But this has the same texture. It fries at least 9 tilapia and 9 whiting for me from one box.
