Q: Are the straps real leather or fake ?

It is made of poly urethane, which is like the PU leather but more durable and wear-resistant.

Q: Is the buckle closure in front an actual buckle? Or does it snap down? Do i have to fumble with the buckle when i want to close it?

It is a buckle. The snap is on the inside at the top. If you leave it a little loose you can still remove items without undoing the buckle. I really like the bag but not for every day use. For that I use a barrel type where everything is easy to find.

Q: How do i attatch the straps?

The straps are already attached. You pull the two straps simultaneously they have holes for the buckles and it becomes a backpack.
