Sturdy and excellent quality! Very safe for our 3 year old.
My husband doesn’t think those bikes out there are safe and he wanted something better made. I was surprised with the quality and it gives me more a piece of mind when my daughter rides it than the old one she had. I would totally by it again and if I knew it was that good I would have bought before. We have for kids and we have had all kinds of bikes. This one is way better than the majority out there! Our 3 year old daughter loves it!

This is a well build and beautiful kids bike,
This bike was easy to assemble and looks very nice when finished. My daughter has enjoyed riding it and has gotten lots of compliments. I trust the Segway brand and it has held up over the years

Heavy, but good.
It's a good quality bike that is fairly easy to assemble. However it is very heavy. The front brakes took a lot of adjusting to get right and the bell was damaged during shipping. Overall, it's ok. I don't regret buying it, but it isn't the best bike on the planet.

Disappointed 4 year old
So my 4 year old daughter was super excited about getting her first bike but the quality control on this product is hot garbage. It’s too late to return it because she’s all about bicycling now. Please see the attached pics. Is ninebot just stamping their logo on garbage now?
