If you want heated bathroom tile floors this is awesome. Installation is easy for a qualified contractor.. At first the floor was not heating but after speaking with customer support they determined it was a faulty mesh and they shipped a new set out right away.. Tech support helped me program the controller. I recommend this product.

Great heated floor mat!
Floor mat is easy to use, installation is easy. You have to do the layout and have some knowledge of how it works. But so far 5 months in it heats quick and stays warm! Great item

The mat might move when installing I would screw it down if I did it again
Make sure the mat stays in place or you will get high spots and have to poor more self leveling I would screw it down on the ends the tape won’t hold it very well
