personally i didnt get any results even tho i have takes 3-5 at once after food, usually i take this in the mrng or at lunch, as we are supposed to take B complex, as its a water soluble vitamins, u can take good amount of B Vit except B3 & B9, the body absorbs the amount it needed and and will send rest in urine. coming to this product even after taking 5 tablets i have not got any results at all and after blood results i was still low on b12 idk y manufacturer formulated this product by putting very low quantity of b12, most companies in india stick to 100% RDA for B vitamins, it has and should be high quantity enough, not ordering from this company again
