3/32” (2mm) = 6 stitches per inch. 1/8” (3mm) = 5 stitches per inch. 5/32” (4mm) = 4 stitches per inch. Info from Tandy leather 2018-buyers guide #192 Top of page #69 Diamond Hole Chisel Set - 3009-00 by Craftool. Hope this helps others, I had the same question because of using my Craftool Spacer Set, with space overstitch wheels in sizes 5, 6, 7 and 8 holes per 1” (25mm). Item 8091-00 Good luck!

About 1\4" , it will only punch as deep as the prong length. This is an excellent punch set.
