Ordered this from Pandora OEM and got the FSP brand kit which is the OEM brand. Everything in it worked great and the dryer is working as good as new again. Glad I went with this repair kit and not just the belt as one of the wheels had seized up too. Some reviewers complained about the tensioner being substandard in some kits, in the FSP one it was identical quality as the original and installed without any issues. Replacing all of these parts and the overall repair is not hard to do at all, check out the videos online and they will help a lot.

Items were a perfect fit. Better quality than the original belt and wheels. Our dryer is MUCH quieter now. Did the trick and fixed our dryer at a low cost.

So this was not too difficult to install. My Whilrpool dryer is pretty old and either the belt or the tension pulley assembly did not fit correctly- the pulley wheel rubbed against the drive. Since the belt looked pretty frayed and the tension pulley looked new- I left the old pulley and installed the new belt.The cause of all of this was one of the bearing wheels was shot and the replacements fit like a glove. No special tools were needed but please do take the time to understand the configuration of belt and tension system- it will help you as you install the parts and put the dryer back together.

For the price I can't go wrong. The original roller part had a low friction contact and not a roller where the roller belt passed through and this kit actual has a roller in it's place. Hopefully the bearing holds up, however, currently I have zero complaints because the unit is working as it should, without any additional noise or rubbing sounds. Also included the drum roller wheels and bearings, however, the originals were in fine shape so these will be saved for later should the old units need replacing.This was actually purchased for the roller band itself so I am hopeful that this holds up well. The original one was very small and the replacement one was no larger, however, the original did last a while so hopefully this will do the same.

Excellent maintenance parts kit. All you need to do the repair is one of those 10 in 1 or multi bit screwdrivers and a putty knife or a plastic knife.Kit comes in a sealed plastic bag marked by the OEM, and includes a clear and easy to follow instruction sheet.Dryer fix took 30 min at most, and the bulk of that was time spent cleaning out the inside of the dryer while I had it disassembled.

The belt has been fine, but the idler pulley and rollers are generic and was not made to spec. The part was not the right size and rubbed against the motor pulley. I had to order a genuine idler pulley, which worked great. The rollers are the right size but the material is harder than OEM parts, and will cause hard thumping sound at every start. A genuine part number on the kit, but NOT genuine parts or parts that meet specs. Do NOT order this kit and make sure to get OEM parts.

Buy OEM replacement parts, for a few dollars more, you will receive high quality set of Replacement Rollers, Belt Tensioner, and a Quality Belt, well worth the money! This is an easy high quality kit for Whirlpool and Maytag. Be sure to vacuum and thoroughly clean all cabinet and drum areas, apply a light grease for the Roller shafts, use rubber/vinyl treatment on the Rubber portion of the Rollers; apply the rubber/vinyl treatment, conditioner to the Vinyl Drum strips, you will be amazed at how quiet and smooth the drum rotates. My Whirlpool dryer which was otherwise working fine would screech for a few minutes after a cold start. I researched and learned one of the components of this kit would most likely fix the problem. Following videos I found online disassembly of the dryer was actually quite easy (I am no stranger to appliance repairs). While I did not isolate the screech when I took it all apart I was happy to learn that the original idler arm (belt tensioner) was not a roller but instead was this semicircular friction surface. I replaced the other included rollers and the clips (I found the new design of the triangular clips to be annoying to work with). I replaced the belt and routed it correctly around the idler roller and reassembled the dryer. Since then there has been no screeching from cold start, so I am very happy with the results and the price I paid for the kit.
