I purchased this during covid after researching a lot , during covid getting barber to cut hairs was also difficultAfter a year of purchase this showed some signs of performance issues and then after 6 months stopped working , sometimes charging happened and then it also stopped chargingNot recommending this to othersI think this piece might be defective as Syska is a good brand overall

Defective product and box was damaged
First ever i received defective product from amazon, when i was unpacking this product firstly box was damaged and was tie with tape all around the box so i untie tape and when i unbox it so i saw syska trimmer not just like original, i thought it was used product so when i charge for so many hours it started snd then stopped again and again.We purchased on amazon because of quality not just like this, so please amazon verify products before delivery profucts.
