Plates have warranty from Le Creuset
I ordered these plates to replace some that chipped, but then I realized it wasn’t the same plate that was sent. A lighter, more shallow version was sent. I returned these and contacted Le Creuset by filling out a form online stating that my plates were chipped. All I had to do was fill out a form with some pictures, and they sent me new plates, free of cost!! They were the right one. You could feel the difference in the one sold on Amazon compared to the one Le Creuset mailed me.
