Good product. Good mixture for daily intake. You know you are getting quality ingredients unlike some of the others. Pills are larger so if you can't hack it then this probably aren't for you. But if you can drink water, you can take these. Price is worth it. Any excess will come out lime green. Don't be alarmed.

IT is the only good quality B complex left. I take it with 1000mg vitamin C daily and do not eat Ham, or very salty food and no caffeine, NONE, as it sets my dizziness off. It works for me. Please consult your doctors and professionals before you try as all MY tests had no diagnosis. It has to do with Riboflavinoids that work. I just needed a higher dose than doctor gave. Please do not use without Dr supervision.
