No the costume does not come with the crown. It only comes with the top, shorts, arm bracers, and cape. But it's a wonderful costume!

What is the inseam on the shorts?

You say the measue? 7.5cm inseam for size XS, 0.7cm added to each bigger sizes. About 1cm error for manual measurement. Thanks!
