This stuff works as the ultimate chill pill..: My routine lately is to take a few before I head out into traffic...it helps me stay focused and calm despite the super craziness on the highways these days!

Recommended by my physician to help me relax. Often I have difficulty sleeping due to nagging thoughts in my head. This helps quiet the thoughts so I can fall asleep. I also take one in the morning to keep me calm throughout the day.

This product should not be used for pets as it has xylitol in it and xylitol is toxic to pets. There was another review on here where the person said their vet recommended, I am sure the vet recommended a l-theanine product but not this one. For people this is an excellent product, tastes great and works.

I bought these, vet recommended, for my dog. My dog is high energy and wont sit still for nails, the vet and grooming. I took 2 when I got them and felt at ease all night not drowsy or anything like that but I would definitely recommend them. Beats tranquilizers which turn her into a zombie no thanks.

I’ve had the worst insomnia for the last week or so. Nothing helped; not even my prescription sleep aid. I tried adding glycine, tryptophan, GABA, melatonin (with lavender and chamomile), and even Xanax but nothing helped. I was averaging maybe two hours of sleep each night. I ordered this sun theanine chewable hoping it would help and it did. I took one chewable with my prescription sleep aid at 9pm. I started to feel a little sleepy but still not actually falling asleep yet. Although I was watching Netflix and that keeps me from falling asleep too. I looked at the clock and it was 11:30PM I decided to take another chewable sun theanine along with 1 chewable MidNite Melatonin and shut off my iPad. For the first time in a week or so I slept like a rock. I’m feeling a little hungover/groggy/super chill so I think either the extra melatonin or Sun Theanine tablet might have been too much. At least if I want to get out of bed and do anything. Tonight I will experiment with either 2 Sun Theanine or 1 Sun Theanine and 1 MidNite melatonin (only 1mg of melatonin). Again, I’m taking a prescription sleep aid with this, so effects may be different but all I can say is my prescription was not helping me fall sleep the last two weeks until I took this. Usually my prescription works to help me sleep, but have been under a lot stress last couple weeks. I feel like this Sun Theanine Chewable helps to shut off my brain and get rid of racing thoughts so I can sleep. These really work. They taste great too. Not too sweet or tart. I feel like it’s a little pricey, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Works well & tastes great

These hurt my teeth to chew and I don't have sensitivity. I really didn't like the tase and the size was too big - especially to eat TWO. I will be looking for pill options or just drink green tea. I cannot speak to the effect as I could not eat them after the first try.

This product works really well for relieving stress and anxiety without leaving you feeling tired or groggy at all. One warning - they contain xylitol so they aren’t suitable for pets.

I have a high stakes high pressure job. This helps take the edge off during the day without affecting cognition, fatigue or brain power. It’s also great at night to settle down. And in the middle of the night to get back to sleep without feeling groggy in the morning. Have purchased a few times now! Caveat it isn’t a cure all and need to maintain your health and exercise. But this is a super supplement.
