Sturdy and well made
Seems to do the trick of mounting my GoPro Hero 7 black on my motorcycle. I had a USB port nearby on the bike so this worked wonders. Can capture footage without worrying about battery life. The frame is sturdy metal and the extra protection in front of the camera lens is helpful.

Some mounting and alignment issues, but a solid case if you can get around those issues.
Solid aluminum case with a few issues. If you want to use an normal tripod mount, it will most like hit the base of the plug cover so you will have to use some sort or tripod screw extension, small plate, or combination of the two. The 2nd issue is that the goPro Hero 5 will sit cockeyed in the case due to the tightening screw on the side. Even if the screw is completely removed, because of the pad (assumingly put in place due to earlier complaints about the screw damaging the camera body) once you put in the plug and cover, the camera will still be tilted in the case. Might be a workaround to use a shim on the left side or bottom left, I am going to fiddle with it, but imo we shouldn't have to deal with these issues on a $60 case
