100% Raw Edible Honeycomb by Pure Southern Honey (14 Ounce (Pack of 1))

Both plastic containers of Honey arrived within 2 days of ordering and each was packed in its own box, bubble-wrapped to the teeth; bullet-proof packing I'd say and both boxes packed inside a larger box! Needless to say the company saw to it that their combs arrived safe 'n' sound and combs undamaged. One plastic container was very slightly tacky but that can be expected when dealing with Honey but the taste is incredible, nice and sweet! I'd definitely buy from the seller in the future and recommend the Honey comb! Prices aren't bad either and I've seen higher from local farmers for half the Honey comb from this seller but they probably don't have the inventory as larger companies, but I do support local as well.

The best HONEY I ever tasted.

The flavor of this honey and honeycomb is very nice -- a lovely floral essence. The product was much too light, however. It is advertised as 14 oz. The package I received was only 7 oz., including the weight of the plastic box. Perhaps half the honey leaked out in shipping, but it was disappointing to be so far from the advertised weight.

This honeycomb is terrific and an excellent value for the price. It keeps well in the refrigerator and we love it with blue cheese and crackers. The clear plastic box containing the honeycomb did crack during transit, but it was well packed so I think it must have been an unusually rough trip. The texture is perfect. There’s a good honeycomb to honey ratio and the container. Despite having a crack does keep it fresh. We put a little packing tape over that issue and it’s fine.

I fell in love with raw honeycomb after getting some at a NY farm, it was delectable ! Once I finished it, I had to find a way to get some more so I ran to amazon. i tried to look super carefully at each option, company, etc. this was the one that most closely resembled the packaging of the honeycomb i had just finished. i was sooo excited for it to come, and when it did i opened it up and tried it right away. to my surprise, it was not even comparable to the farm-bought honeycomb. it has a veryyy strange aftertaste that makes it taste like something is in it that isn’t supposed to be ? i don’t know but it doesn’t taste like any honey i have ever tasted before. i unfortunately can’t see any use for it since the taste is simply unpleasant; i even considered using it for tea, but don’t want to risk it ruining the taste. very disappointing since i obviously can’t return it. surprised with all the high reviews too, of course there will be quality differences with farm bought vs. shipped over, but now i am worried to try to order honeycomb from any company. i unfortunately threw out the first one i got before i could get the company name :(. this was basically just a waste of $.

I like the taste of the honey and the shipping was quick. The comb doesn’t taste natural and there isn’t much liquid honey in it. So it’s like chewing a ball of sweetened wax.

Honey quality: Amazing! I am very picky when it comes to honey and honestly spend too much $ trying to find one I like. This Honeycomb tasted phenomenal, packaging was amazing you can tell they take pride in their products.. Of course it had some leakage but, nothing to notice within its container. It came in a medium sized box, inside that medium box was full of bubble wrap and a smaller package, all were sealed. Amazing product will definitely be buying again!!

Excellent honey. Packaged well and did not leak like so many other brands.
