Good story and art.
If you are a fan of Junji then itβs as good as his other books, if not itβs a horror type story with brilliant art work that will make you look under your bed before you go to sleep at night.

Good
Good book for Ito but not at the same level as most of his others

Noice.
Fast delivery, slightly damaged. I bought Remina and "SMASHED" on the same order, Smashed came more damaged than Remina and I like to think that it sacrificed itself for Remina. Still a better love story than twilight. :)

Not his best, but still fun
A newly discovered planet is heading towards Earth. It's given the name Remina after the daughter of its discoverer. Then it's realised that this planet is destroying all the planets in its path and the mob decide that the only way to save the Earth is for the girl to die.Being able to suspend your belief has never been more important if you're to enjoy this. The artwork, as always, is fabulous, the basic plot, a living planet heading towards earth is ok, but if you go into it expecting any scientific accuracy or anything approaching realistic events then you could well be disappointed. It's not one of Ito's stronger stories admittedly, but that doesn't mean it's not something that can't be enjoyed for the utter madness of the ride.

Ito
Really enjoyed this, different to other junji ito stories. This was more like a sci fi and disaster movie. Great art from junji ito some great standout moments like the planet remina starts hitting surroundings near our main characters along with a great sky sequence using the change in atmosphere to travel the skys. Definitely worth a look.

Low-ranked Ito story
I'll give it 3 stars for the amazing art as usual, but really this isn't Junji Ito's best work and it is an understatement. You can tell that scifi horror was never his element as the scientific bits and ideas feel a bit out of place with the art style. The story seems to be heavily bent on 1 character but he did very little in way of character building for her and in general all the characters fell a bit flat. I know the characters in his stories were never very complex to begin with, but this is a new level of shallow..It is also probably the shortest Junji Ito book I own (I have every English release).Shame, I was looking forward to this one but ended up not very excited..
