A decent amount of flies, all arrived healthy with a slice of banana and some tissue in there for them. A little annoying to feed them to my spider as the cup is shallow which makes it really easy for them to crawl out. Delivered with royal mail so check for strikes but otherwise very fast delivery.

Not only did these come the next day but they lasted much longer than the multiple cultures I've bought from various suppliers. I just added the flies to a larger pot and gave them fruit and strips of tissue paper and they lasted almost three months. There seemed to be a mix of d hydai and D melanogaster which was perfect as I have multiple spiders of different sizes. I shall order again and again and again.

although it came with a decent amount of flies they all died within 3 or 4 days. if you need flies ungently then these would be good because it does come with lots of flies.

As of right now have had 3 tubs of these flies all of which were different. Tub 1: Absolutely perfect! Not a single dead fly! Tub 2: Was ordered over a bank holiday so arrived late. Unfortunately all the flies were dead but a replacement tub arrived 2 days later (tub 3). Tub 3: The replacement tub that arrived had minimal dead flies (excellent) HOWEVER, these are NOT flightless so I lost quite a few when I opened the tub. This could have easily been a mistake as I doubt there is much difference between flightless and flying fruit flies. I will do my best to use these flies as I don't want my spider to starve.

Nice. Despite the cold weather, the flies arrived in good shape and have built a thriving feeder colony. They arrived quickly and were packed in a practical container. Will buy again.

These arrived promptly and apart from the few stuck to the piece of banana all were alive. However despite the photo advertising the product there was one segment of egg box and at a rough estimate allowing for the free postage and a piece of banana each fly cost me 20pence and that is being generous. Thankfully I was able to get hatchling crickets as well.
