GREAT FOR MUSIC GEAR! "Clipsandfasteners Inc" is an honest Seller! All 100, 1/4" plugs arrived!
*******SEE MY LIST OF OTHER TYPES DUST PLUGS AT THE BOTTOM*******I realize that these are for automotive purposes, but I use them to plug 1/4" audio jacks on musical equipment, such as mixers (where open plugs all face upward) and to close off jacks that shouldn't be used on the backs of hard-to-see guitar amps, etc. There are audio-specific options, but these fit well and look good!I counted ALL 100 plugs, none missing! THANKS to "Clipsandfasteners Inc" for the accuracy! If you saw my uploaded pic, you can see that I also found other items on Amazon to fill the XLR and RCA jacks.HERE'S A LIST ALL OF THE ANTI-DUST, JACK PLUGS I USE.For XLR female jacks:www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000TFSLLQ/For 1/4" jacks:www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00Y0CH9GW/ For less-often accessed stuff like the back of amps, cabs or pedals see:www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0040CTVRW/For RCA jacks:www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074Z5473W/For RJ45 (computers, modems, routers, etc):www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071GW537F/Electrical outlet plugs:www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00081J3N6/I hope this helps somebody else. Perfect for musicians' 1/4" jacks
I've been seeking this product for a couple of years to use with my guitar amplifiers so I can block / plug the unnused 1/4" I/O jacks. Not specifically to keep dust / dirt out, but to keep me from fumbling around trying to find the correct jack to plug into on a dark stage. So I install these in the FX send / return jacks, the preamp in / out jacks, and the unused speaker jacks on the rear of my amp heads. Now there's literally only a single speaker out jack open and I can just plug right into the speaker out and know I've got the right connection.I have not personally done testing to see if these will truly seal older 1/4" jacks found in speaker cabinets. Those older jacks aren't sealed and leak air and can whistle when used in bass cabinets which have a lot of air displacement. But I suspect these would work well enough for that application, too. In fact, that's where I first discovered these products - installed on a Mesa Boogie bass cabinet.Cons: It's a box of 100 which I'll never, ever use, and probably a little expensive for what the product is.Pros: They make great gifts for all of your musician buddies who will marvel at how clever you are.

Perfect fit for 1/4 inch instrument Jacks / Guitar & Bass Amps
If you are looking for plugs to seal 1/4 inch instrument jacks (like on any Guitar/Bass amplifier), than this is the one for you. The fit PERFECTLY. They "snap" in nice and tight, but with a little prying come out if desired. Wish I had found these years ago as they are VERY helpful in preventing debris and dust from getting into the rear jacks of my rackmount units and amplifiers. 10/10.

Durability, I would Recommend
Replaced all 4 on my enclosed trailers Dexter axles. Rubber feels more durable than OEM's.Should easily stand up to the test of time.I would recommend.

Not rubber
I expected them to be rubber, but they are a harder plastic. Would not do a good job sealing out water.

Plastic caps
These were shipped on time and priced right. They are a little more light weight than I am used to having but they do the job.

So Far So Good
I have only had these for a few weeks, but so far I am very pleased. I had a safety cover installed on our pool and used these to plug the hole in the retaining screw to keeps and and other debris out of the holes. I intended to keep the plugs in over the winter months and will reassess them in the spring.

Not impressed
Not impressed the items look so much bigger in the photos then they actually are. Also I see now no return option so a waste of money for sure.
