Are the L shape connectors reversible, all of mine are for left turn only

Yes, just walk around to the other side of the connector and that should be it sorted !!

why are the L and T shaped connectors red green blue whereas the wire connections are blue red green?

It's a printing mistake. The ones I received don't have anything printed on them and they haven't updated the photo on Amazon. Your 4 wires will be Blue, Red, Green and either black or white (which is + in a 4 wire LED strip). As long as you remember to connect Blue to Blue, Red to Red and Green to Green you should be fine. Note the L simply turns the corner so the colour sequence on one side will be exactly the same on the other side. With the T - one side is the identical sequence (same as the L) but the third side is a mirror image, i.e., BRG+ becomes +GRB and you need to turn the cable over - you can see and follow the raised tracks on the connector and as long as you end up with B to B, R to R, G to G and + to + you will be fine. One tip is that if you are connecting the LED strip to the connector rather than wires make sure you scrape back some of the sticky foam backing from underneath the strip before sliding it into the connector otherwise you will likely damage the strip.

No it’s just a connector kit it does not come with power supplies

Are the l and t connectors +grb or +rgb?

They are RGB, they do not have a separate white chip.
