great addition for any grip training!
I am an avid grip trainer and these are very easily one of my new favorite tools to use during the week. These things are absolute beasts and attacks the entire hand when you use them. very durable and heavy duty too. This pair is going to last a lifetime of gripping! Helped my elbow tendonitis!!!!!
I use these for bodyweight pull-ups. And now I have started adding weight. It may be frustrating at first, but your body will adapt. I thank these for keeping my elbow tendonitis under control. I don't have much pain. I give it 4 stars only because it can be very stiff to pry it open. But eventually it will loosen.

PERFECT for intended purpose!
Iron Bull Tgrip 3.0 inch diameter: These grips are perfect for their intended purpose, to improve grip. Those who complain about the size imho do not fully comprehend this purpose. A novice in grip training should not start grip training with these. Drop down to the 2.0 or 2.25 and gradually work up to higher reps and heavier weight or you may pay the price of severe tendonitis. After I placed these over a taped/oversized dumbell it's like griping a Coke can!! Looking forward to great progress in grip training! VERY PLEASED!!

THICK FOREARMS
I HIGHLY recommend using this. I've been working out for 15 plus years and did many grip exercises. If you can't find a thick handle bar for weight lifting or if you do calisthenics and its hard to find a thick bar to improve your grip, this will certainly do the job. As of right now I do mostly calisthenics and I wanted to use a product that can help be improve my forearm strength. I've used towel pull ups which are fantastic but the towels are usually too bulky for me to carry around all day and sometimes don't hold up. These grips are fantastic. They're not too light but they aren't a pain to carry around.I've been using this for calisthenics (mainly pull ups and chin ups (different grips)) and my grip strength and forearm size are showing. I've also used this for weight lifting and I recommend it more for weight lifting. I would say do half the size of the weight your normally lift when you use this product though because you WILL feel the difference in how much your hand has to work.I did some shrugs with 100lb dumbbells, then tried doing it with the grips, NOT HAPPENING. I had to go down to 40-45lbs.If you're a big, tall and strong guy, with big hands, this might not be super effective for you but I am certain you will feel something. For guys who are below, average or a little above average stature then this will do wonders for you and will add a whole new dimension of training.JUST BUY THESE DAMN GRIPS.

I upgraded to these from the blue fat gripz. I’m 5’10 175lbs and normally do 20+ pull ups. The fat gripz brought me down to about 15 reps and these bad boys took that down to about 10. They’re pretty difficult to pull apart to get them on the bar but I like that because they don’t roll nearly as much as the fat gripz.Immediately noticed the forearm pump after a set. I can’t wait to try them out on some farmers carries.For anyone getting into grip training, I also highly recommend the captains of crush grippers. Get a trainer, and/or a .5 to start. They’re the real deal and it’s going to sound funny but my girl loves the effect grip training has had on my massages.

I have a large assortment of Fat grip implements to help add variety to my arm training and I have to say that these are good quality and so far these are the fattest diameter available. Happy with my purchase

Excellent product that required dedication to use it.
This is a great product for working forearms. It is a bear to get on the barbell at first, but when it becomes easier, I can assure you that your forearms/grip strength is increasing. I use these for reverse curl bar curls, wrist curls, and simply holding a loaded barbell for forearm strength and development. It’s taken about a month to get better accustomed with it which I feel is quite appropriate!
