Ive tried assembing but there is either bits missing or the manual is completely wrong?!

Unfortunately this product broke before id even got it going. The set up and instructions were poor.

Missing parts
It arrived missing a large amount of screws so I'm unable to assemble the machine.

Laser does wonderful job, the engraving comes out high quality and all my customers are amazed with they orders!!!A spot on seller, very responsive to all my questions and very helpfully.

Bad focus on 7.5W laser head
I get the 7.5W version.The laser diode is not able to focus as a dot but as a small vertical line.

Lasted all of 3 weeks - 2 minor issues, 1 major issue.
a couple of issues.1. the wiring was wrong, when I built the machine, and sent the first job it was jittery and terrible. I realised then that they had wired one of the motors wrong, I had to remove the pins and copy the wiring for one of the other motors.2. the motor / and track for the laser was wobbling, and I had to add my own nuts and bolts to the setup to get it to stop wobbling, was giving a jitter when burning.the first two I resolved and was going ahead with the purchase, but the icing on the cake, I had done maybe 5 jobs over 3 weeks (not a heavy user) and the laser gave out, stopped burning correctly, it lost all its power. I went on forums and tried many different things but In the end I got in touch with Amazon for a refund!to be fair though, if your not in to troubleshooting and fixing things, the average Joe would have fallen at the first hurdle with the incorrect wire setup.

Great Carving Machine Kit
At first I was afraid that the machine would be super loud etc. But the product is actually very good to use. Absolutely amazing company and machine. We have used the machine on many occasion and it does everything, easy to build. I watched the assembled YouTube video, which walks you through how to assemble the machines together. I completely follow it, zero problem. So far, I have produced many beautiful patterns on wood and leather. All in all I'm happy with this purchase!
