To be able just to toss it out and start the agility work outs is a plus. Love the product can’t wait to see the improvements on my sons footwork

What you have to do it the ladder mine would not stay flat either it’s a hard plastic ring inside what I did I stretched it out in a vice pulled hard until the plastic broke inside then it will unravel that is how it will be flat now you can still fold it up might have a piece of plastic rod come out but you can push it back in wrap some tape on it

I use this for boxing footwork. I bought the mini and it’s perfect for me. I’m able to move in and out and work on combinations while shadow boxing. I do think it’s expensive for what it is. I suggest an agility ladder that’s cheaper. I fell for the circular shape and if I had the foresight I have now, I would have gone with a $12-$15 agility ladder. Don’t get me wrong, I do enjoy it, but it’s not worth the price.

I love this product for the fighters that I work with. It’s design is great for developing their footwork in a way that’s both effective and fun. It’s quality has more than met my expectations and it has also been very durable

Saw this speed ladder on Instagram and bought it to work with my teenage son. He loves it. It does sometimes take time to lay it flat (due to being bent in the bag) but it can be flattened. Still a 5 star in my book for price and durability.

Unfortunately, when we took this out of the case, it would not lay flat.

So, I originally bought this for my girlfriend post ACL surgery. I thought this would be some great PT for her at 6 months post op. We've used it at least once a week for the past 2 months. When we used the regular straight ladder recently, we were shocked at how easy it was. Both of us were obviously faster, not looking at our feet, and not catching the ladder with our feet. The only thing we can think of is how much more challenging the circle ladder is and how it's clearly helped.
