Better than expected!
First off, this is really good mac and cheese! It takes the standard 4 Tbsp butter, 1/4 cup milk, and the included cheese powder packet. I used a lactose free milk but any milk would’ve worked. It isn’t comically yellow like other name brands, but the taste is comparable. My family really enjoyed the cheesy taste too. The cheese didn’t clump up like most off brands do, it mixed in smoothly. I bought 2 of the 6 packs, figuring if i didn’t like it then I’d donate the extras but seeing how much we enjoyed it, I am definitely keeping this in my pantry! Even my cat Leo wanted some! He had a noodle and seemed to like it as well. The cheese powder smells like cheesy popcorn sprinkle or cheese popcorn, kind of strange but it didn’t alter the mac and cheese flavor at all. One of the boxes came a lil squished but nothing was opened or leaking so I didn’t mind. It could’ve also been the way I pulled them out of the box. Kudos to Amazon for making a decent mac and cheese! It’s also cheaper than the name brand I’m used to so this will definitely be my go to instead. Also it doesn’t expire until next year.

Tastes like the expensive brands
Great price; I passed it off as the expensive brand and no one said a word. A couple kids said “wow this is better than what my mom makes”.

Good stuff but not life changing
It's mac and cheese in a box! If you want fancy gourmet, make it from scratch ! If you want convenience and good taste, this will do in a pinch! I love making mac and cheese from scratch, but sometimes I just want a quick cheesy fix and I'll make a box or two. Kraft is great but I know amazon brands are also good and I gave this a shot. This mac and cheese is miles better then your usual generics. Not as good as annies or kraft but its a great value that really can't be beat. I'm not super fussy and saving a few bucks on something like mac and cheese works for me, I'm buying another 6 pack now to keep around the house.

Good Product at a Great Price
Nothing fancy here - mild-flavored but perfectly serviceable and tasty when using butter and whole milk. My local grocery charges $2.50 for a single box of Kraft M&C, so for me this product at this price is a great value.

Worth the price
I think with all brands of food products taste is up to each individual. Our family liked it. I really didn't notice any real taste difference to the brand name of similar style. I think if you are comfortable with generic or off brands this is worth it. Reasonably priced and it cooked the same way as similar brands.

Pretty bland.
I had high hopes for this Mac and cheese. To be completely honest I was just hoping it was good so that I didn’t have to go to the store, but the flavor isn’t the best. It’s not bad, it’s just sort of bland with a slightly off after taste, and store brand Mac and cheese from Walmart is cheaper and tastes better. I usually love amazon brand products, but this just wasn’t a win for me. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not bad macaroni, it’s just not really good macaroni.

Tastes exactly the same as Kraft
This is just as good as the name brand version. I dunno how other reviewers are saying this is different or too sweet or whatever. It takes just like the normal Kraft version. Like almost no difference. If you like that you will like this cheaper version.

comparable to store brand
it is cheap Mac and cheese. Don't expect blue or yellow box flavor or consistency. That said it does have reasonably good flavor. A good cheap filling food item. easy enough to jazz it up to alter the flavor or consistency
