Sent the wrong crush ring
The company taped the crush ring to the top of the oil filter box. After I drained the oil and replaced the oil filter, I went and detached the oil ring. Low and behold, the crush ring was not even close to being spec. It was way too big. As a result, I had to re-use the old crush ring. Thankfully, there is no leaking as of now, but this is a massive oversight. Had I thrown the original crush washer away after removing it, I would have been in a serious pickle. Now, I pray the oil filter and oil are OEM...
