Good but expensive
Dr recommended this for my child’s eczema. It is good but nothing magical. I liked how easily it washed off without residue and it definitely was not drying at all.

Cleared up my son’s eczema pretty quickly! Pricey, but the product works great and my son isn’t suffering from all the itching anymore. Wish I took before and after pics.

A great product but as of yet, I have not seen a significant difference in my skin condition. It has also been extremely dry in KY recently.

Helps calm HS-prone skin - reduce flareup
I have hidradenitis suppurativa and my skin reacts to almost everything — even most “gentle” soaps. This wash has been different. It doesn’t burn or dry me out, and over time I’ve noticed fewer flare-ups in areas that usually stay irritated. I think the mild, non-stripping formula helps protect my skin barrier so it can heal instead of constantly fighting inflammation. It’s not a cure, but it’s one of the few washes that actually supports HS-prone skin instead of making it worse.

Great for my eczema

I have spent alot of money buying this stuff for my sons with eczema over the year and never had a problem. I have always recieved it quickly with no hassle but this time the safety seal was half open and that's unusual because they are normally tough to pull off. I sent a message to request a refund or replacement but I was sent a return label instead and had to return the product before I got a replacement. Without a printer or means to print that just didn't work for me. I also cannot go long without this product or my sons skin is scratched bare and bloody.
