While the nutritional facts are great, the price and flavor are a little lacking. I've found it has a mildly unpleasant note to the flavor - sharp, somehow, like a cheddar cheese, but without a cheese flavor.Anyway, if you're looking at this, you probably have some protein mix already. I would suggest tossing in just a small amount of a mix that tastes overall very good so that it takes the edge off of this.That said, I love this stuff. It mixes very well, has tons of servings, the protein:calorie ratio is spot on, and the CLA and Carnitine are both effective and in amounts that will actually make a difference (which isn't common with protein mixes)! Additionally, the exclusion of fillers, artificial sweeteners, and low-quality proteins both justifies the cost and the flavor in my eyes.
