Once I replaced the battery it came with, it worked well. The instructions only came in Spanish--good thing I am bilingual as it took a bit to figure out how to set the clock and timer. It's compact and easy to use. The compartments stay closed, and I love the colors. Each day of the week separates from the others, and you can separate them all from the clock/timing unit if you prefer. Made of durable plastic.

I got this as a gift for my elder father who usually forgets his medicine. Now the medicine kit has a timer!!! How cool is that??!!! It's awesome, especially that my father travels a lot. Good material. It holds up to 10 pills in one tiny box. You can collapse it and reassemble however you want. I like that you can simply take a one day supply or the entire week. It's very easy to refill. It has a cute design and nice colors. It functions on 2 AAA battery. You will enjoy this.

The reminder alarm is versatile and loud enough to get the job done. The separating pill cases make it easier to dispense pills. Good product. the only issue that knocked a star off is that the pill cases separate way too easily. Be better if they had a snapping mechanism that allows them to detach only when you want them to.

This is a very nice item, if only the alarm worked properly. On one setting it seems to go off, yet on the other it does not. I went over it again and again and again to make sure the settings were correct. At first at the alarm would not even work at all. I actually had to take it apart and put it back together and then the alarm worked on one setting. For the price it's a very nice little pill box, but I bought it for the alarm. Very disappointing, But because it's still a nice little pill box I gave it three stars.

I never miss a dose. The large screen display is easy to read, even without my glasses, and the overall build quality feels sturdy and reliable. I particularly appreciate the thoughtful design that makes it simple to organize both morning and evening medications for the entire week.

***Update**** after 2 weeks, the alarm started to ring at random times on not when set. And eventually stopped ringing all together. The seperated days was nice, until they no longer held together and would fall on the floor leaving all my expensive meds unable to use. I would look elsewhere because this is not a long term solution. Maybe onky if youre using it for a quick week trip. Great pill box, honestly helps me take my pills. I have a lot of meds and supplements. And this was able to fit all of them!! On top of that each day is detachable so you can take it with you and not have to carry the whole week with you. It also comes with an alarm its decently loud to remind you but not enough to wake you up unless youre a lit sleeper. It also has an extra tab for prn meds. Its easy to open but also locks well so your pills wont fall off if they are in your pocket, like other pill cases.

Positive Remarks: 1. The individual boxes are large enough to fit quite a few pills or capsules. 2. The colors are vibrant and the date/time markings are nice and large. 3. Setting up the alarms is easy to do if you follow the directions. Negative Remarks: 1. The ALARM which is the selling point is barely audible. 2. The pill boxes have to be right near you in order to hear the alarms. Very weak. I give this product two stars. If you are looking for a pill box with a loud alarm, this is not it. Find another pill box.

Real cool gadget. My son takes daily meds and this lil tool helps remind him. Sturdily made and works well. Alarm is not obnoxious but does well to alert him to take his meds.

Easy to read instructions how to set it up. You need Triple A batteries. Nice big container slots and you can remove the days you don't want to take with you if you are travelling. I like that you can set a clock to the current time and set up to 4 alarms. Can't wait to see the durability of the letters.

Good quality, only issue, and this may be due to my parents not hearing very well, the alarm isn’t very loud.

This pill organizer is a great choice. It has large compartments that can hold plenty of pills and a secure, moisture-proof design. The individual daily compartments are easy to remove, which is very convenient for travel. It's an excellent product that is both practical and well-made.
