My local GNC closed so I started purchasing this on Amazon. This really is the best l-arginine and seems to help my breathing when running.

I cannot take this like a pill. As the picture showes, they have completely fallen apart.

I ordered this brand in a pinch and it was delivered quickly while we were traveling. I put a few in my daily pill box as I take then 3x a day. I was disappointed that the caplets swelled and burst through their protective coating while in this smaller pillcontainer, sometimes within hours. Once they do that, they are almost impossible to swallow. It is a large caplet, and I had to discard quite a few that had morphed into large objects with sharp edges, too big to swallow As soon as I was home, I ordered another brand that I have had better luck with the last few years...it is a smooth slick capsule but only available in 500 mg. so I take twice as many.GNC should make the coatings thicker so they don't come apart prior to consuming them.
