There's a bit of scent to this, but not much of one. It seems to lather up well, rinses easily. I don't need much because I've got pretty short hair - so I can get about 5-6 shampoos out of it. Longer hair? Maybe one or two per tube. Cost per each is quite good, especially if you're looking to make up little toiletries bags for a shelter.
