The pills are easily to swallow and definitely helped my hair and nails.

I have been using this product for almost 3 months. I haven't seen big changes so I'll update this review soon but they have come broken twice already.

I did have this product delivered as part of a subscription previously; however, the last delivery, the tablets had changed colour. They have gone from pink to dark red and now have the most disgusting taste to them. I swallow these tablets with water when I eat my breakfast, but I can't bare to put them in my mouth, they make me gag and have a very strong aftertaste. The tablets are large and difficult to swallow anyway, so add the horrible taste and it makes it impossible. Nasty, vile things and I have cancelled my subscription.

No difference!!

I can’t take this, after 2 days of taking it I feel bloated and it’s hard to breath while making efforts. It is a side effect of taking collagen. Unfortunately, this product is not right for me.
