Moleskine Cahier Journal, Soft Cover, Large (3.5" x 5.5") Ruled/Lined, Black, 80 Pages (Set of 3)

Fantastic notebook. Moleskine notebooks are usually variable in paper quality, often plagued with severe ghosting and/or bleed through when using fountain pens. I had purchased this small size by accident (I normally use the extra large), but was pleasantly surprised by this set. These small cahiers hold up even to a TWSBI ECO in medium, one of my wetter pens, using wet inks. Minimal ghosting, no bleedthrough, almost instant dry time. They have just enough tooth to provide enough feedback so that the nib doesn't slip around on the paper. The paper cover is surprisingly durable, and the small form factor makes it one of my top choices for an EDC journal to jot down impromptu notes and ideas. Compared to the extra large cahiers and the volants that I normally use, the paper quality is far superior for some inexplicable reason.

This journal is very useful to me. Previously, I would write notes on pieces of paper and I would have quite a pile of them by the end of the week. Now, I use this little journal to write these same type of notes and they stay together for future references. Very satisfying. The journals are of good quality and perfect size for my uses along with very reasonable in price.

I love these little booklets. They fit in your pocket, shirt, jacket or pants so easily. Great for writing down something you heard on the radio you want to check on later, something someone tells you, and all those unexpected things that some up in a day. You will always one of these on my person.

Bought these for a conference and carried one in my jacket pocket. They are about the size and thickness of a passport and perfect for what I needed. I pulled it out when I needed to make a note and otherwise I couldn't tell it was in there. Light and perfect. It's too thin to go in your back pocket and not get wrecked. It's passport size not passport-bulletproof.

I was looking for a journal to write in that fit in my purse. I really did not know about these notebooks called field journals. I might have to buy a cover from Etsy like the other reviewer commented on. There are 52 pages to write on per each notebook, 3.5 by 5.5". I like these but not exactly what I was thinking they would be like. I take sermon notes every Sunday and I think this is a neat idea to use to keep the sermon topics in individual notebooks for easier referencing later on. I will buy again if this works out for that purpose. I do like the fact that the pages after the bind have a small perforation line so I can remove a sheet from the back if I like for random notes. I love the little pocket in the back.

These little books are perfect for keeping my records through the day. They’re easy ride in easy to store in your pocket to keep all your information and appointments throughout the day.

Use these notebooks in the professional setting. Very thin and fit very well in pockets. Quality paper, although a little thin. I was pleased with this purchase and would buy these again. There’s also a little folder on the back inside cover which was a convenient feature!

These are just the right size for taking with you on a trip to keep journaling notes. Well constructed and easy to tuck in backpack or purse. Could be used for many other things as well but I like to use them to keep track of places where I have taken photos. They also would make a great gift. I am sure I will be purchasing more.
