Astonishing quality and ease of use
There's not much to add that hasn't been written already but this knife block is simply elegant and exceedingly well constructed, in contrast to many items these days. Very solid, strong magnets and a great contemporary look for our kitchen. Yes, it's expensive but it's functions and looks great.

Another Solid Dalstrong Product
Speechless. This was worth the money. Super sturdy and I have been through many many blocks with magnets and these are STRONG. Not to mention this looks absolutely gorgeous. I went with the white to be different and really let the knives stand out. BUY THIS.

Great looking but.....
So I love the way it looks, and I chose white but the finish easily scratches as you place knives on it. Also i have had knives fall off while I'm reaching for one. I have been lucky and now know to be very careful removing and replacing knives. i can see the potential for a serious injury and a bad day in the kitchen. It appears that there are magnetic strips inside so if you have a shorter knife (pairing), it might only catch one strip and kind of slide down the face.

This is a sturdy and powerful stand that eliminates the guesswork involved in selecting the desired knife from wooden blocks. It has a clean contemporary look but it does take up counter space. IBe careful how you move it to clean around it, the screws that hold the base are too short and it will begin to wabble. You can tighten them again. Dalstrong has responsive customer service dedicated to satisfaction.

Came with scratches already.
This item arrived with several scratches on the front and back. For this price, this item shouldn’t have these flaws. I included pictures so you can see. I like the functionality of it but it shouldn’t have this issue.
