Less than a week of use (not even extending it) it has already cracked on both sides at the bend. I don’t expect it to last too long. Also the only thing keeping it folded is a thin piece of Velcro… doesn’t like to stay in place when wearing a ballistic vest or even rubbing against a car seat. It’s a huge pain to undo when you need to and you’re screwed if you lose that loose little velcro piece. I’ve purchased cheaper antennas before that last a year or more. To be fair, it does pick up rather well in rural county but I’m sure a lot of that has to do with my radio.

Definitely a clone or not genuine. Even the label isn't put on properly, the end cap is floating.The quality of antenna is still decent though.

Product as described, great quality and fit. Make sure you install the gasket to fill the gap and insure that the antenna will stay snug.

Does not fit UV-82 v2+

Antenna reverts to original shape after being bent. Rock solid TX performance. Lives up to the hype.

i wasn't expecting the great quality that i received.when i opened the package i realized how rugged and durable this antennae was.
