Either I'm incredibly weak or this product is difficult to use. I thought I would get better at it over time, but in order to squeeze this correctly I have to move in an awkward way. Maybe the product just isn't my thing. I do love the mini ball that comes with it though! I've gotten much better workouts with that.

Does not fit in the crotch area very well.. I have a predominate, noticeable “triangle space” between my inner thigh and hoochie. I’m a mother of three, so my post-birthing-hips and thigh-gap dilemma are definitely not the way they were when I was a teenager. However, I can still use this product fairly well; it just rides a little lower down the totem pole than shown in the photos or videos (it doesn’t cradle the lady-goods quite like advertised).. overall, I am seeing results so I won’t complain.I can use this hard plastic, non-cushioned, banana-shaped device while doing the dishes and laundry that never seem to end.. kudos to my life for providing me with a built-in conundrum which provides me the time of day to get my reps in... That is, as long as I don’t have to chase kids out of the fridge and pantry, or put out the fires they start “in the name of science” inside the house (no, we do not have a fire place), I can peacefully use this product! Might drink my wine while “working out” with this thing today - sometimes you just need to shake up your routine!

The package came with all the expected pieces, but did not meet my expectations. The resistance bands had absolutely no resistance. They are useless. The butt exerciser is hard to place and keep in place, therefore hard to even use.

The butt exerciser is good but the band broke on its first use and the ball keeps deflating.

The product is light and highly elastic, suitable for beginners, if you master the right way to use, it may be effective, I need to use for a long time.

This device can be used by most people. After I mastered the correct posture, the effect is amazing. Within a few minutes, I have felt the hip muscles burning, and I am looking forward to seeing the continuous using effect after months.
