A Beautiful Fountain!
I had my eye on this outdoor fountain on Amazon for quite awhile and finally decided to order it because I felt it was exactly what I was looking for for my back yard. Finally, I decided to forge ahead and order it. Boy am I glad I did! It is substantial looking, was well packed and easy to install. The fountain looks awesome! I especially appreciate that although it is solidly built, when empty it is not prohibitive to lift and move into place. The only thing I changed was simply adding a few more of my own artificial floral pieces to the greenery/buds that came already installed on the fountain. I am extremely impressed with the appearance, sounds and quality of this fountain. One or two reviews commented that the fountain was cheaply made. But I see no evidence of that and really appreciate the overall appearance of this fountain. Thus, I highly recommend ordering it on Amazon if you are "on the fence" like I was initially. It is a great addition to one's outdoor setting!(By the way, at the same time I also ordered the Dewenwils outdoor wireless remote control outlet with 2 ft. heavy-duty 15 amp outdoor switched extension cord so I can turn the fountain on or off without having to "pull the plug". The remote control has a good range on it for turning the fountain off or on from across the yard. A very reasonably-priced purchase also!)

PERFECT
The media could not be loaded. Update September 2020Still going strong! The plastic leaves and orangy flowers are faded a bit but overall zero complaints. This little fountain just keeps on going! Some algae has formed on the 3 spouts but I actually like that. Still love this fountain and still get comments from people coming over, although now with lock downs and all, not many people come over at the moment.Update JUNE 2019Fountain has survived the harsh winter we had in the PNW. I ended up not moving the fountain on to my covered deck and it stayed outside. I actually did stop the fountain but did not drain it, even though I had intended to.It got covered under 3 feet of snow, froze over several time and when spring came I simply replaced the water (lot of leaves that fell in and decomposed when it was not covered by snow) and started the pump.Fountain started right up as if I had turned it off the day before. Can't say enough good things about this fountain! And I'm actually looking to buy another similar water feature by the same manufacturer for somewhere else in my garden...ORIGINAL REVIEW SEPT 2018VERY easy to set up. Simply thread tube of top jug through the post, put top jug in place (it only fits one way) and connect other end of tube to pump at bottom. Place/hide pump through large hole in bottom jug. Pump is very easily accessible, so if pump ever breaks, which I am sure it will at one point, it's easy to replace with one from your local big-box store.Fill bottom jug with water and plug in the cord. Voila. As far as the sound being too loud, that's a personal thing. I've got the pump on the highest setting (it has a dial with which you regulate the pumping speed) and as far as I'm concerned it could make a little more noise even that it does.Keep in mind that I have mine set up between plants so some of the sound goes to the back. There are some video's here where the fountain is set up in a corner or against a wall and in those cases you'll have a higher volume (because of the sound reflection of the wall/corner)Looks great, does not look "plasticky" or fake at all. Even the insides of the jugs are painted and contoured. Very realistic.I did place mine on 2 rows of bricks that I had laying around, just to make a little taller between my plants. Luckily those bricks are similar to the ones that are part of the feature so that worked out well.I kept the green fake leaves, they fit right in with the real plants around it. If you don't like them, they're easily removed, they're just hot glued on.The back is flat, but still painted and contoured so it looks just as realistic as the front. This means the feature could easily be placed flat against a wall. There is no splashing whatsoever, not even on the highest pump setting, so when winter comes I plan on moving it to my covered deck until spring. I'll keep it running so the water does not freeze.I had a question about a different fountain from the same seller, Lamps Plus, and they provided a sensible answer within 24 hours which caused me to reconsider my initial choice. I'm glad I did. :)Good customer service there, like others have mentioned. All in all, really happy with my purchase and this seller.

Be creative and adjust the flow....
Awesome fountain for the price!!First thing to go was the fake ivy and foofoo flowers. Not a fan of that stuff. A bit tough getting out of the packaging and had a styrofoam mess but rather that than a broken fountain!!Easy to set up. Put the top jug on, snake the tube through, attach it to the pump, fill bottom jug 3/4 with water and plug it in!Adjust the water flow until you have the sound you prefer. Now, the problem........ Hubby unplugged it because it was "too loud for me". Whaaaat? He's practically deaf. Oh well, better than him smoking in the house. Soooooooooo, this morning I moved it to where I wanted it anyway, the other side of the deck amongst my pretty flower pots and found some rocks to put in the jugs to break the water flow. Bottom jug took a tall jar filled with water and a rock on top to break the flow. Cranked it up to Maximum (heh heh). Check to make sure the water isn't splashing off the rocks so the water doesn't disappear. Nice natural rock stream sound. Let's see if that appeases him.I'm very pleased :D

Not the most reliable fountain pump - mine failed!
I want to like my fountain... and initially, I did! Easy setup, lightweight and cute fountain. However after a few months of enjoying the lovely sounds of water, I one day noticed that the pump stopped working! I unplugged it and tried draining the water, and reinstalling but there was no use. The pumps are not that high quality apparently :(I have had it sitting on my deck for months now and as I’m coming up on the one year anniversary of purchasing this, all I can think of is how my almost $200 is currently sitting broken and useless on my deck.I’m hoping mine was just a one time issue, but NOT worth the price for me. :(
