Super easy crepe mix
We bought this mix for shrove Tuesday this year. This mix tastes really nice and is a great way of just being able to portion out just one or two crepes or a greater number if needed.We were worried with a dry mix and no extra fats that these crepes would stick but this wasn't the case. Don't be put off by the fact that the mix looks thin too, it works very well.

Tasty recipe
Item arrived super quick was great. The bag was split but hadn’t lost too much product. The mix wasn’t so easy to remove the lumps manually whisking but I used a blender to get the smooth consistency. The mix was delicious and made an excellent crepe

Disappointing
Almost no flavour. Bought to make waffles. Admittedly waffles never have much flavour. Have added dried egg, a touch of vanilla and cinnamon to improve the taste. Will continue to use up the bag but will not buy again.

Quick way to enjoy a crepes
Really good product, easy to use and provides a fluffy texture to final crepes. I prefer to tune the flavour by adding an extra pinch of salt, some sugar and vanilla extract.
