Great value with expensive looks.
This product is awesome! I was able to do it by myself. Instructions were very easy to follow and it looks beautiful. I replaced a faucet that was roughly 10 years old that simply started leaking. It was almost a $200 faucet. If you are needing to replace or upgrade, I highly recommend.

Exceptional Value - albeit without replacement parts
As a landlord I’ve purchased and replace dozens and dozens of faucets. Customarily I would purchase Delta or Moen products for $200+ and within 3-8 years have to replace the cartridges at $30-$50 a pop.Since going through that constant replenishment experience I began to buy less expensive faucets, under the assumption that all faucets these days are made in the same place — Asia — and a I might as well save money since they all will need to be repaired.I can’t tell you whether this Shaco model will require a repair. They talk about coming equipped with ceramic valves, just like the high end Moen and Delta brands. I’ve only had this one installed for a few months in our own pool house, and every time I use it it impresses me with the quality of its functioning and aesthetics. The design even on the small parts is spot on. The removable aerator doesn’t have a restrictor so the water comes out fast. And even the sprayer has a long, kink-free hose which allows you to pull it far out smoothly.I went to the Shaco home online site, and they don’t list any replacement parts. It’s possible that when you open it up there will be another brand of faucet which will have identical cartridges, although the picture in their description is nothing like I’ve seen previously. It’s also possible that when you contact their customer service department you can buy them.I guess that’s why I’m taking the time to give them a positive review. It just feels so solid and well made. Water immediately stops flowing when shut off and doesn’t leak. Everything functions better than the high dollar competition. And should you need parts, the $40 cost to replace the entire faucet would be less than you’d pay for Moen or Delta replacement parts. And that’s a slam dunk. One star deletion for lack of parts, anyway.

So far, it's great!
So far this faucet is awesome for the money! I just hope it lasts as I worry it will not last since it is a pretty fancy faucet for $100. It looks great and has great features. So far it is comparable to a $650 faucet I looked at in a high end kitchen shop. Time will tell how long it lasts.UPDATE - So far it's still going great. Since we purchased it, we have received multiple compliments on the faucet when people look at the kitchen. The finish is outstanding and the function (water on/off, sprayer switch, range of head, spring, smooth hot/cold control) is top notch. I think at this point if this faucet started failing after 2 years of use, I would buy the exact same one again if possible.

Faucet Dual-Stream feature stopped working after 4 to 5 months of use
This faucet comes with two types of streams with a button on the head to switch between the two. Unfortunately, after a few weeks to months of use, the button (which on the internals is a ball and socket joint) no longer presses in firmly enough to switch the streams. The socket has warped and can no longer press the ball joint enough to shift the internal function (o-rings and piston shaped design). I attempted to "shim" the joint, but that has also failed. I requested, within warranty, a replacement head and Shaco offered a "refund" in order to purchase a new head (which they do not offer) or a new faucet altogether. When I asked for just a replacement head, they advised they could not, as they were "moving their warehouses" - I have not received a response, in regards to follow-up, but will ask for a refund, as I am outside of the Amazon window.Buyer beware - this is a nice LOOKING faucet, but the functionality will fail after light use and you will be stuck with a single "shower" stream or forced to hold in the button for the other type.

Loose fit
Faucet is ok, looks nice and works as expected. The problem is that the nuts that hold the faucet to the sink are too small in diameter and don't cover the entire hole which results in a very loose fit. I had to buy new standard nuts which work much better. Also the faucet itself is very loose and wobbles back and forth.

Five stars, other reviewers are right
This even arrived in a nice decorative box and neatly packed as if I just purchased a $1,000 item. I never even had a second thought about plumbing in my life even though I am handy in a lot of other areas... however I am selling my first home to upgrade and decided to spruce up my current home and amazed at how easy it is to install new faucets. All you need is a wrench and its best to use safety goggles to prevent stuff from flying into your eyes while you are looking up under your sink while unscrewing stuff. I replaced all of my sinks with new faucets and really makes the whole house look more nicer than the old 90s style ugly cheap faucets (even though my home was built in 2009).I almost didn't buy a new kitchen faucet since some people say that water filters will not work with it but you can see where I uploaded a pic of my Pur water filter and it fits just fine. The water even feels smoother as it pours out since it flows up the longer tube and comes out like a waterfall.A very high quality faucet I am very happy.
