I've been using this Organic Full Spectrum MCT Oil for a long time now. Always consistent high quality product with little to no taste! But I have to admit that one of the other things I love is the bottle! They have done an incredible job of creating a leakproof delivery. Oil can be so messy, but their squeeze top nozzle allows it to deliver only what you ask of it. I never reach for the bottle and have to clean oil off of my hands or the bottle. The 16 oz bottle fits nicely in my cupboard, not too tall which I also appreciate. I have found the economy size of this product at Costco and use it to refill this 16oz bottle until I've worn it out and then it's time to order a fresh bottle from here on Amazon. It spikes the value for the money, but the health benefits are the same - consistent, high quality, never ever rancid. I totally recommend this product!

I tried this for the 1st time with my morning coffee and normal breakfast. I only took 10ml at 10am. It is 6:30pm and my appetite is still under control. For the 1st time that I can remember in a long time, the food noise and "hangry" feeling is gone. I have the mental stamina to work straight through my working day and beyond. I'm hooked. Admittedly, this is the 1st time I've ever tried MCT oil so I don't have anything to compare it to. I don't know if the effects wear off with long-term usage. However, i had no adverse stomach reaction and based on the product details, this is the best option given the purity (C8) and (3rd party) testing. The bottle was well packaged so there was no leakage during shipping. It has a clear color and light oil texture that was not noticeable in my coffee but I used a zero sugar coconut creme liquid creamer. The flavor could have just been very complementary. Given the size of the bottle, this will last me a little over a month so it's a good value for the money. It does not have a smell either.
