I ordered this for myself and my husband, this bracelet fit perfectly! I usually have a hard time finding bracelets that fit well because my wrists are small, I have been wearing it for the last 3 weeks without taking it off and it has held up beautifully! I will probably be ordering a couple of extra just in case has some hard wear and tear! I love it so much!!!! Thank you

So I gave this to my boyfriend. I guess the cheap comes out expensive because the key came off the necklace in about 15 minutes and also the bracelet has issues with closing. But the appearance is nice its just made cheap.Update: I believe that I received defective jewelry and they agreed to give me a full refund. (The Necklace broke and the bracelet does close) The supplier is super nice, and very attentive to the problems I had with the jewelry. They are very helpful and hopefully I will be able to buy something else from them. They also assured me that they was looking into my problem. I will give five stars for there customer service.

It was perfect for a romantic gesture for my boyfriend and he loved it! However, you cannot take off the bracelet without this key which is a bit alarming. What if he loses the necklace? You're screwed! Putting on this bracelet is making an on going commitment to him and giving him the necklace is showing you trust him

Like the design but craftsmanship is so so. There's a little part that's chipped off on the side of the heart, and the bracelet band does lock securely but doesn't close completely (little gap between the top of the heart and the wrist band). Sometimes hair or small strings get caught on the little arrow-like decoration on the band. Still like the design though.

After having a misunderstanding I reached to the provider and she handled my problem very well. She was kind, fast and handled it effectively. I was very satisfied with the outcome.

I gave this to my girl for her birthday, she absolutely loved it. As stated in other reviews, it is for those that are small of wrist. Her wrists measure 6.5" and this fit like a glove. She has not had it off since I put it on her 10 days ago and there have been no issues with durability so far.UPDATE:It has been a month now since I put this bracelet on my girlfriend and is has not been off since and there have been no issues with it. She loves it so much, I am glad that I bought this.Second Update:After roughly two months the face of the heart came off of the bracelet exposing the internal workings. I really like the concept of this bracelet and my girlfriend really liked wearing it, she never took it off once until the face came off. The bracelet is now unusable, keep in mind if you purchase this bracelet that it has issues with failing as this review and some others state.

This is beautiful and exactly as pictured. I love it. One thing to know before you buy it: It's very small. I have tiny wrists and while it fits me perfectly, if it were even a little bit smaller I wouldn't be able to get it on my wrist. The hinge opens barely enough for me to squeeze my wrist in. The circumference of my wrist at the widest part is less than 6 inches, so I suggest you measure before you buy or you'll be really disappointed.

The cuff fits my wrists, and they are small. My friend with slightly larger wrist could not wear this comfortably...but it's for me so that's okay!I was bummed that shortly after wearing this on a daily basis one of the gems fell out (about 1 week in).
