The size and style makes this the perfect bag for bicycle couriers
Hands down the best thermal bicycle bag for anyone doing deliveries. It’s the perfect size, not too big not too small! Pockets are great and front velcro pouch is a good touch. Reflective strip all around, back padding is noticeable. Over all this exceeded my expectations.

It's a nice bag , but....
It looked similar to one I had purchase 6 months ago that got stolen. But this isn't it. I knew the inside insulation was different. This bag has a loose lining, not secured so it moves around d making g it difficult sometimes pulling things out. (Previous bag has a mylar insulation sewn in so didn't move.)The measurement were the same as the old bag I thoughtBut you cant fit a standard 40 bottle pack of bottled water as I could do before. Make sure you get the proper size for you.Other than that, I use it for deliveries until I can find a 1 centimeter bigger bag, both ways. The old bag did rip thread if trying to carry 35 pounds by one strap. Yes. Not recommended. I think it has a 30 lbs safe limit, but these bags are single line sewn to begin. They should be reinforced threading at the factory. But not. Re-sewing both straps to reinforce is a helpful solution.

Definitely best food delivery bag for the price
I deliver food on my motorcycle for postmates and this bag is miles better than the 80 dollar bag on the postmates store. The top load is much easier to use, the cupholders perfectly hold standard 16 ounce to-go cups, but if you are trying to hold and extra large soda from a fast food joint or something you'll just have to load it in the main compartment and stack stuff around it so it wont fall over, I do it all the time and havent had any spills. It is very large and holds a lot of food, I have fit 6 large sub sandwiches plus 4 large styrofoam to go containers full of food in here at one time and still had room for more. The top loading design means that the food stays closer to your back and takes the load off the shoulder strap more than the back loading ones, so as long as you just put the heavier foods on the bottom there is no issue and holds more volume of food more comfortably. The insulation is a cheap foam sheet but it works really well, the food is always still hot whenever I take it out of the bag even on cold days when I have to take the freeway and have all the cold wind blowing on it/me. The lining on the inside is plastic sheeting so if you do end up having drippings or a spill in it it would be easy to clean. Havent had that happen to me yet though.I highly highly recommend getting this instead of the other expensive ones if you are delivering on a bike or motorcycle, its a fraction of the price and performs much better. You are using this to make money, not blow it

Small Cup Holder Pockets
I mainly use the bag for delivery purposes and I'm not sure if this is just a thing for me due to my living location being Texas (everything is bigger in Texas) but most cups don't fit in the pockets of this bag. The only drinks that fit are canned sodas, 8oz water bottles, and certain food chain drink cups. I had to resort to putting a food chain cup holder inside the bottom of the bag in the event that I do have any drinks I can secure the drinks using the cup holder and placing the bag of food next to it. The drink holder also helps to keep the bottom of the bag sturdy. Everything else is good with the bag, it's sturdy and resistant to damages. Also, the insulation is great. If the cup holder were to be bigger it would earn a 5-star review from me.

Gift buy
Bought as a gift for my grandson who had illusions of doing door dash on his bike. That didn't work out but the insulated backpack has proved to have many other uses.

Two years of weekly use, still works great
I use this once a week to pick up take-out on my bike. It's been 2 years and it still insulates great, straps work great, no zipper issues.

All the features you need for half the price
This thing is everything I hoped it’d be and more. I hated the idea of paying $70+ for the Postmates “deluxe” backpack, or any of the other overpriced products that seem to make up the majority of insulated delivery backpacks.I prefer the top-loading design, since it can safely accommodate extra drinks as long as you load them in snugly, and because it can also accommodate pizza boxes by being turned horizontally and tied onto the rear cargo rack of my bike. This bag is just as large as the others, perfectly comfortable (there is significant back and shoulder padding), and most importantly, HAS TWO ADJUSTABLE CUPHOLDERS! I can’t believe how rare this simple, crucial feature is, and how often it’s just left out entirely on backpacks three times more expensive than this. There’s also a “cargo net” where you can put any other misc items. Perfect little addition. All told, if you’re looking for a delivery backpack, you can order this without hesitation. You’ll save yourself a ton of money and time.

Loved this product but…
I really loved this bag and used it all the time. I’ve had issues with its inner lining silver material tearing near the seems exposing the insulation and 1 of the straps broke and the other is hanging on by frayed threads. The first thing to break was the carrying handle and then 1 of the drink holders. It’s really a great product if you don’t use it for heavy groceries, truly a delivery bag. I’d love a more sturdy one for home use.
