It comes very well packaged with limited install instructions but points you to the web for further detailed directions. The skin themselves are very thick and seem to be of very good quality.Unfortunately they ship it with an insufficient quantity of the spray solution to apply both front and back skins. Do read the online directions and view the videos. The install is straightforward if you have ever done a wet install. Smart to wet both the surface of the skin and where it will be applied. This makes it easier to slide it around and get it aligned.Use the included "squeegee" to smooth out the skin and get rid of excess liquid (be wary of any openings). Do not try to get every last drop out from under the skins. Get the bulk and let time do the rest. Overuse of the squeegee will lead to stretches in the skin, marks and more issues....just let time and air do the work. It looks awful at first but time will get you a clean and very easy to use screen protector.The rear skin is very difficult to apply but is very forgiving and a hair dryer on cool setting helps a lot with the edges and getting it to adhere. It takes about a full week for it to fully cure and give you transparent look you want especially on the front skin. The rear skin has a very nice feeland helps with the gripping of the unit.The cutouts are well placed and very adequate.I think they should ship two vials of the spray solution and offer a better policy on replacement issues. One skin would not line up and seemed off centered. I asked for a replacement and they said I need to ship all of the items back at my expense before a replacement would be sent.Be wary of other 5 star reviews as the company includes a code to get another skin if you review them on their amazon web page. I doubt they will send me another skin given my unbiased review.The guarantee is the same as Zagg, you pay to ship the defective units back to company before you get the replacement product via the lifetime guarantee. For the Zagg this is OK given its cost but for these items the shipping could cost as much as the original order.3 to maybe 4 stars but need much better customer service and also the request for reviews with the promise of another "free" skin for giving them a review hurts the credibility of the reviews. 01/11/2013 UPDATE: the customer service department came through and sent a complete kit. I installed it all again this time making better use of the liquid spray. It does take time to dry and get a good clear finish but I have to say again that the feel of the product is very tactile and feels of very good quality. For the price I can honestly say it is every bit as good as a Zagg for a lot less and includes a back protector to boot. The rear is more difficult to apply but when all is said and done it is a great feel and look.4 1/2 stars

Let me first say that the price of the Skinomi Front & Back Skin for my new iPad 4th Gen is 4 times less expensive than the Zagg Invisible Shield. I've always bought Zagg shields for all of my devices, and they do have a lifetime replacement guarantee, however, they do charge a shipping fee of $4.99 or $6.99 (can't remember). The amazing thing about Skinomi is that along with my order at a meer $10 + Free Shipping, came a Gift Certificate for a 2nd, additional protector for the iPad for Free AND Free Shipping! Wow.Now for the Quality of the Product:I learned long ago that those .99 - $4 screen covers made of cheap, crackly plastic are a waste of time and money. Don't buy them. Sometimes they even come free when you buy a case for your device online (like when I purchased my iPad case). Toss it. It's crap.The Skinomi is made of the same, or very similar material as the Zagg military grade Invisi-Shield. I can honestly say their is absolutely no difference between the two. High Quality, Extremely durable, and easy to install.Installation:Keep in mind if you've never installed one of these things, it DOES TAKE PATIENCE AND PRACTICE. I have sort of mastered my installation process as I've done it for nearly everyone in my family on a multitude of devices. I'm a compulsive perfectionist, turning off the A/C to prevent airborne particles from landing near my "work station", and even use a magnifying glass to make sure no dust particles end up under the screen... haha!Bottom Line Skinomi v Zagg:1. The Front & Back Zagg HD Invisi-Shield for my iPad totaled (with CA tax): $49.042. The Front & Back Skinomi HD cover for my iPad total cost (incl shipping): $10.60**** You could buy 5 Skinomi Full Body HD Protector for the price of just 1 Zagg Full Body HD Protector!!!1. If you've ever used Zagg, you know the spray is gone quickly, leaving you in a frustrated mess. Zagg offers a "special" offer of more spray for and additional $3.99 + tax!!!2. The Skinomi product came with just enough spray for installation. It was close, so I would like to see a slightly larger bottle of spray, especially for large devices like iPads or laptops.1. Zagg offers replacement protectors at the cost of shipping (I believe it's $4.99 for each shipment). You also need to return the old protector within 30/60 days or they will charge your card the full product price, so you have to be very careful.2. Skinomi offers a second free protector with Free Shipping, and no further obligation to buy anything. It took a 2 min phone call. I plan on keeping it as a backup if my current protector ever gets badly scraped or dirty edges (common on corners of devices if you play with the screen protector... bad habit!Overall, saving #38.46 by purchasing the Skinomi with equal quality to the Zagg, there is is really no comparison. I will be a faithful Skinomi product shopper from now on!!!
