High quality human food grade (i.e. not the usual garbage sold to us disguised as good pet food). My 10+ yr-old kitty has IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) with frequent inflammation, she was a rescue who came with this condition, and also without teeth. Tho she can eat dry food, I feed her mainly wet food, and only the pet food on Susan Thixton's "The List" of recommended cat and dog foods. Her excellent website is a great wealth of information and knowledge about the horrid horrible and horrifying pet foods that are allowed by the FDA into the market place today; and also the benefits of providing our pets a longer, healthier and happy life span by feeding them high quality ingredient pet food.This Turkey Stew by Canu smells good and has a soupy texture with little bits of turkey that my kitty leaves in her dish, so I mash it all up with the bottom of a large spoon to make a creamy texture, adding some powdered pumpkin to add some fiber and hopefully help with her poops💩😻 One box gives her 3-4 meals; once opened it goes into the fridge, and kitty doesn't seem to mind the cold servings after the first serving at room temp.I feed my kitty this wet food 3x a day, and I also leave a dish of dry food that's also a recommendation on The List, Bixbi Rawbble Dry Food for Cats, another excellent human food grade pet food. You have a pet that you love, so please love it enough to give it the best quality pet food.. 💝

The only wet food that all 3 cats love! None of it ever gets wasted. They also seem healthier since starting this food a little over a month ago.

Was hoping cats would like it as I’m looking for a better brand with decent ingredients to feed them. It smells fine but cats nibbled and then after first feeding don’t want it again. Disappointed in cats not the product.

My cat is 16 years old. This food is highly nutritious, since he has a hard time chewing hard food. I recommend this product for older pets.

It looked and smelled good, but none of our 3 cats would eat it.

Looks to be a good quality Cat food after I did my research on it - but I can't get the cats to eat it. They aren't normally super picky, so I was a bit surprised. But it is a bit expensive for the size of container and if they aren't going to eat it, then I have to move to another food until they will eat it. I don't want to have to keep throwing it out each day. I will donate the rest to the County Animal Shelter.

A cautious 5 stars. I got a new cat and couldn't get him to eat enough. I tried this and he wouldn't try it so i booped it on to his nose so he would have to try it to clean his face and that worked to get him to try it off my finger. After i did that 3 times he was like oh yeah this is the stuff and started eating it off the plate. It's the most ive seen him eat so far. We'll have to see if he continues to eat it. The boxes were a lot smaller than i thought they would be though i wish they came in a resealable pouch

I found this too late for some former cats, but my Persian who lived to be 19+ liked it. It may have helped her live so long. She passed recently, we miss her, but our little dogs loved to "help" her eat this food. I know it is not for dogs, but, since they love it, I sometimes add some to their food. They are drawn to it.
