I love this heating pillow! When heated, it stays at a comfortable temperature for at least 40 minutes, which is ideal for mending multiple body parts. The lavender scent is also soothing and relaxing. I highly recommend this product.

This is the 3rd Koya velvet heating pad I have bought. I love the packaging. The product itself is soft and smells nice and brings moist heat to sore muscles. I bought 1 as a gift for my teen daughter and liked it so much after using it myself I bought 2 more as gifts.

very soft, kind of strange smell when heated (I think it's the cherry pits), not awful, just strange but you get used to it. My only problem is it's too short to wrap around my neck. You kind of get one side of your neck and then reheat it and do the other.

Hard to find anything on Amazon that’s not made in China. This is USA made, well constructed and smells great.

So I have had it for a few months now...but I go through a few heat packs a year. Normally I buy ones filled with tiny seeds or beads. I wanted to try something new. This one was very nicely packaged when it arrived (would be great for a gift) The fabric is really nice, kind of like velvet type material. Filled with cherry pits-which are larger & other smaller seeds as well- but they definitely should fill them a bit more. It fits around my neck & over the tops of my shoulders. It has a mild smell but after the first few uses it seems to have gone away (I did NOT purchase the lavender one- so mine is considered Unscented) I've also noticed it makes noise when the pits roll around which is kind of soothing (to me anyhow). As far as heat- the directions say to only heat for 2 min. but I have noticed I have to put it in longer than that to get it to hold heat but it still doesn't really hold the heat for very long (maybe 20min.)

Just amazing. The velvet is nothing lve felt before in a cherry pit beanie. Stays warm for at least 30 minutes if under a cover. I warm in microwave for 1:30 on one side and flip and warm for another 45seconds. Heaven. Loved so much l ordered the 10/10. No bueno! Fabric is rough to the touch. Probably because l have the velvet one first. Returned but seller said they are thinking of making the 10/10 in velvet. Yes!! I will wait 😁😁
