Game, manual, and original long box are included. Game is in great shape with very little signs of wear. If any scratches are on disc they are very minor and do not affect game play. Box is in good condition but may have some very minor signs of age on corners or edges . Review: Escape From Monster Manor - Please keep in mind that this system (3D0) was the "Playstation" before the invention of the Playstation. It was (in it's day) amazing. Nothing came close to the graphics or the price. I bought my 3D0 for $800.00 and paid up to $79.95 each for some of the games and it was well worth it. This was back when my wife and I both made a whopping $4.65 an hour each at the processing plant. Escape from monster manor was one of the two games that I played the most on this great system. Cool, creepy music and things coming at you from out of nowhere made this a GREAT game to play all alone in a very dark room. The only game that came close to it was Space Hulk (another great game with a cool feature that limited the time you could pause the game). I still have (and play) my 3D0 and would not part with it. Games like Wing Commander Heart Of The Tiger, Twisted, & a few others made this system one that should go down in history as a leader in technology. Their only problems were 1.) Games were difficult to program so titles were limited and 2.) They way over-priced their system. By overpricing their system, many people did not buy it. Not many owners made for very expensive software and few titles. These few bad decisions eventually ended up killing a system that was meant for great things. If you still own a 3D0 and do not own this game, I highly recommend buying it. It provides hours and hours of gameplay and is just good fun. If this were to come out on one of my systems today (PS3, Wii, or Xbox 360) I would buy it in a heartbeat even if the graphics were not improved any over the original. It was that cool. Review: Great effort for the early 90's - this game came out after doom and isn't bad as a shooter. please take it in the context of the time period. it is on par with other shooters of the time before the unreal engine was available to the public to program with. I would definitely recommend it though now it now feels a little dated. Overall it holds up for the time and is still fun to go back to. A great example of the time period with a great take on a first person shooter with an creepy feel

DOOM & Castle Wolfenstein in a haunted house!!
Classic 3do first person shooter. Reminds me of Doom and Castle Wolfenstein only in a haunted house with digitized graphics. Really has an eerie feel to it with perfect haunted house music and audio FX. Great old skool game to play in the dark!! One of 3do's best FPS games only second to Castle Wolfenstein. Much better produced than the 3do version of Doom. Highly recommended for gamers that like old skool FPS's!!!

Escape from Monster Manor
Despite the age of the game, the graphics are still pretty good. Having a great time relearning all the boards. But it's amazing how much I do remember.
