Q: I’ve lost my instructions. Does anyone know if they have a website with instructions for operating the light? Specifically timer?

When you set the timer, the time you set it is the time it will turn on the next day!!! So if you turn the light on at 9am, then press your rimmer button till it's on 12 hrs, at 9pm, it'll turn off!!! The next morning at 9 it will turn back on!!! That simple!!!!!!

Q: How do you control the level of brightness?

They are plus and minus signs on the controller.

Q: Has anyone had theirs arrive and not work at all? They're plugged in but no light whatsoever! I even changed out the plug! There's power, no lights!
