I have DREADFUL hormone balance my whole life. I will not go on and on about all the slew of health issues I have (even have suspected MCAS), but basically I have to walk on eggshells most of the time trying to keep some delicate balance so I can just get by. I also "had" pcos prior to having children and insulin resistance. I have always had difficulty with blood sugar control like hypoglycaemia. It got so bad if I ate even one potato chip (high glycemic), I would nearly go into shock - tunnel vision, want to black out, want to puke, hands and palms sweating, feeling distanced. Over the years, I have gotten better. However, I started taking this, I forget even why I bought it. But my weird transient hormonally triggered symptoms almost all disappeared (hot flashes, cold flashes, sudden weird flu like feelings, heart palpitations, bizarre things like burning on rib cage, or burning sensations just on other spots of the body, breathlessness, pms/very low 3 days before period). They would crop up on and off at random every couple days without warning. It was a real torment. It got better after having babies, but once my fertility returned, it would get worse and worse. After taking this B Powered, the changes didn't happen right away, but just like the intances just slowly melted away. I rarely got them. I got pregnant and continued this since I got an ok from my naturopath (I take just a very small amount, like 1/4-1/3 tsp if that a day first thing in am on empty stomach). Some of the symptoms above would be tremendously magnified in early pregnancy (I know because this is my 4th baby and the symptoms would start literally days after conception) and I did not get any of them and felt totally fine until week 6 when the nausea and exhaustion started. My blood sugar is so even in the morning that I can even eat breakfast at 9-10 am and not be like a collapsed shaking wreck. I also took my fasting blood sugar one day (prior to taking the honey) and I was surprised because it was in the low 80s, when it is normally low to mid 90s). My son has gotten stung twice and I have mixed poultices with some of this b powered, bentonite clay, charcoal, and crushed plantain leaf. He usually pretty strongly to bee stings (not allergic to honey or anaphylaxis, but like very swollen for days, etc.) and they have gone nearly right away very quickly (I have used the poultices before but not with the b powered). I hope they never stop making this. Oh I have tried another highly rated brand of royal jelly in raw honey and the taste was less pleasant, but primarily my issue was that it tasted too sweet and seemed to make my sugar tolerance on edge. I felt like I ate sugar on an empty stomach. But I never feel jittery or that I just "consumed sugar" with B Powered, but I did with the other brand. I keep a backup bottle too. One bottle crystalized and so what, it was fine. I do prefer it when it is soft and liquidy but the effects are the same. I really appreciate that this company third party tests for heavy metals and pesticides and stuff too and that is the main reason I selected this brand in the first place because that is important to me! It really works! I purchased this thinking it was all hype but to my surprise it's legit! Super charged with natural energy, uplifting mood and all around goodness! I love the taste 😋! It's absolutely worth every single $ I spent on it! I highly recommend this for everyone its a perfect gift for anyone loved one or treat yourself! I also love that if I'm craving something sweet this not only satisfies that craving it also suppresses my appetite. Heaven sent product I would give this a million stars 🌟!

I should have looked more carefully at the size. It is super small. Too small to try on a regular basis to note its health benefits, and for me, a little too expensive to continue.

I love this honey. It tastes smooth and rich. Raw honey with propolis, pollen, and royal jelly is one of the best superfoods around. I do a spoonful a day for its antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties, but I could seriously eat it all day.

Love this superfood honey! The taste is pleasant, ingredients are top notch and I think its been giving me more energy. One thing to note is they list this as 4.32 ounce which is about 125 grams. This is a very small jar so I took a picture to put into perspective! Size aside, the product is great and price if fine for quality!

Just received this and had to taste it immediately.....awesome, delicious taste! Very small jar for the price but good to be able to try...will be buying the larger size.

The best immune support and super tasty honey. I had an issue with one of my orders and I contacted the company directly and they sorted it all out for me. Great customer service. I love their throat sprays, and lollipops/suckers too. The honey though is next level. FYI: If it arrives thick, just throw it in a bowl of boiling water for 5min and it’ll become the perfect consistency.

Great products I am not a fan of any honey but I got use to the taste after a while. I am taking it because I was diagnosed with lupus a few months ago and have noticed that since I am taking I have had hardly any flares my energy has boasted, I am now able to exercise which I wasn’t before my body felt to tired. I believe it has done a big difference in my life. It’s very expensive but worth it I am on my third week of taking it. I will do another update in about a month and see if there is more improvements.
