Quite pricey
These are quite pricey for what they are, but they are very effective and well made. I have used a number of these on different projects and they seems to stand up to the elements well.Great for shed or outbuilding doors.

Solid
I use it to hold a gate shut rather than relying on a latch. It failed to keep the gate closed when we had severe gales recently, but I think it was pushed beyond reasonable limits so I'm perfectly happy with it so far.
