It’s Working!
The 20 inch. gell cushion is worth every penny to me! Only one problem, I WISHED I would have thought/seen something like this couple years back. This cushion is relieving most (way better) of my pain on both sides of my rear. Hopefully, it helps on somewhat the healing process. “Bed sores that haven’t opened.” I am 6ft 1inch tall and weight 240 lb’s and it’s holding me up and comfortable. I would like to try one out about a inch thicker and in around the 26”x26” in diameter, but not having any luck so far on finding one. Most products like this are sized for wheelchairs, and I’m not in one. I believe would give a little more room for my size, couch, bench etc. As for bed use, it’s uncomfortable too much pressure on lower back. Now!, one size (full body) like this gell cushion that you can lay on, could be even better! Because I’m at the point where lying down is bothering me down there too. I’m gonna be looking into that too one day. Again, five stars, because I’m getting relief. Thank you.

Right size, thin as I needed, unknown durability at this point
We have a 25-year-old bentwood rocker. The straw seat material has worn out (not because of my weight, I swear!) Upholstery shop wants more than the rocker cost originally to replace the seat straw, and in our household, we don't throw away stuff if we don't have to. I was able to make a seat platform out of 3/8" plywood and screw it to the rocker, but it is hard and ugly. Clearly a seat cushion is the answer. This is one of those times where only Amazon can solve a problem. I needed a specific size to exactly cover the plywood yet not be too thick and not be too ugly. No store would have the 35 or so assorted cushions I considered before finding one that could do the job, be the right size, look OK, and not break the bank. Amazon came through, and this was it. Appearance wise, I think the underside with the little anti-slip dots is more attractive than the top, but that's not a big deal. Maintenance. Zipper removal and washable may be a plus. Considering it's sitting on an inflexible plywood platform, it's reasonably comfortable for short periods. As to durability, after two days, I can't say. The top fabric seems on the flimsy side, but it might be thin and strong. If appropriate due to premature wear or tear, I'll get back here and update.

This is definitely a viable option for cushions!
I use this cushion for 6-12 hours a day, almost every day of the week. In my experience, its strong points are that it resists sliding sideways very well during transfers on and off. It also does decently well at keeping heat buildup under control. One downside is that every 3-4 hours I find that I need to take a break from it because it begins to feel quite firm, although this could be caused by the underlying seat. The size and thickness are convenient because I am able to fold it up and/or slide it between the center console and the seat in a vehicle, or leave it on my lap if I wish. Overall, I have been satisfied with the product in the couple of weeks I have used it. And the price is ok too!

Firm and retains body heat.
Cushion is relatively firm and retains body heat. Not for us, but these may be perks for others.

Very comfortable
Surprisingly comfortable. Bought it on a long car drive, had it shipped to our Airbnb. We had driven 1800 miles and my butt was dying. It made the drive home considerably more enjoyable.

Nice ride
This made a huge difference in someone that had been in an accident that had to sit for long periods of time. We used it in the car and wheelchair. Seemed to lessen the pressure points and help with the back pain.

A good general-purpose cushion, but not a medical grade wheelchair cushion.
I inherited a number of wheelchair seat cushions from my centenarian father, which I thought nothing of, until I discovered how nice they are to sit on over, for example, a hard wooden chair. Then, as I am no spring chicken myself, I found I was needing something for my desk chair at work, which seems to be pinching my circulation, or otherwise causing me to rise with sore legs. Not really knowing what I'm shopping for, I "bought on the brochure" and ordered one of these "GEL" cushions. NOTE: "Gel" apparently refers to the type of soft plastic this cushion is made from. It is NOT filled with a liquid gel, as one might be led to believe based on the use of the term, "gel". What it IS, is a soft rubbery-plastic mat in a honeycomb type formation, with zipper cover. It is about an inch thick, and "see through", which is to say it also lets air pass through. This is a perfectly good cushion for what it is, and I would recommend it if you just need something to soften a hard wooden chair or such as that, where you're not necessarily spending long hours and/or where you don't need medical-grade support. For my needs, this cushion, unfortunately, just wasn't what I was needing, which was a more expensive, medical-grade, thicker pneumatic (air-filled) wheelchair-type cushion with multiple air "cells" (this allows air to circulate between the cells), which I subsequently ordered, and which cost me $80 on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F33744T2 To their great credit, the seller noted my dissatisfaction and refunded me immediately; hence my rating this at four stars, even though the item "wasn't for me", per se.

I’m a 135 lb female so this very small cushion worked out . I needed for kitchen chair so size was good . It’s very soft and comfortable and holds its shape . Compared to what I had which was way too big this is great . For a person any larger this definitely won’t work because of the small size . Other than that it’s a great little seat cushion. Seems to help my lower back pain as well .
